The on-line monitoring device of dissolved gas in oil is an important starting point to understand the internal operation condition large filled equipment such as transformer. However, has no unified maintenance strategy. At present, it basically adopts strategy “repair only when broken”, which seriously affects real-time perception ability health state primary equipment. According components device, faults were divided into four categories: Status information access controller (CAC) fault, carrier communication fault and body fault. In addition, they subdivided eight secondary according detection principle process. Through big data analysis records a province recent three years, was found that main causes under voltage body. It suggested popularize using free type or photoacoustic spectrum reduce frequency failure. same time, design should be transformed modularization facilitate degassing module intelligent unit focused formulating future.
